Work in Your Strengths

Many great trainers have tackled this subject, notably Marcus Buckingham. ( Something which seems so obvious in hindsite holds us hostage to our deficiencies far too long. We are never “enough” when we focus on improving the things that are not our gifts, not our strengths. As Marcus says, we can only get slightly less bad at these things, when the whole world of actions that are uniquely suited to us goes begging. Take the time to ask yourself what your gifts are, whether you are working in a field in which you use them at all, and then how to boldly offer the world the best of you.
