Perpetual Calendars

A great time saving and organization tip is to purchase a perpetual calendar and fill in birthdays, anniversaries and other recurring events. Include the year if you possibly can, so those milestone birthdays and anniversaries get duly noted. Then remind yourself to check the calendar for the next month on one of the last days of the previous month (to catch those 1st of the month events). If you send e-cards you can schedule them for the month, or purchase and address all of the paper cards you choose. Where the stamp is placed, write the day to mail. Put them in an outgoing mail area of your desk. When the day to mail comes, attach the stamp and you’re never late.
